    The iPhone 13 Pro defender case and clip were exactly as described and was in great condition, new. The only complaint I have is with the shipper, USPS🤬! The shipment arrival date was changed 2 times and that was extremely upsetting to me🤯😵😵‍💫🫨! I am disabled and rely solely on ordering everything I need on line and USPS is ALWAYS, ALWAYS an issue with their shipments , updates and deliveries! It was about 3-4 days late🤪.

    Shipping was super fast but wrong item was shipped ( ordered iPhone 13 Pro case but received iPhone 13 case which did not fit my daughter’s new 13 pro phone that was a BDay present, which was a big deal cause I had to run out to local Walmart and purchase overpriced case so she could start using her new phone. After PRL Store heard the problem they immediately refunded me full price and offered sincere apologies even after learning they were not to blame, a issue that could have easily happened
