    HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am a first time buyer of Morimoto. I ordered H4 bulbs and recieved H10 bulbs. I had a question about the bulbs prior to purchasing and recieved immediate feedback to that question. However since the purchase crickets. Their return policy is the buyer covers shipping cost, so I guess I will get to cover their error to try and recoup some of my investment. Ebay's "contact seller" was unsuccessful after multiple tries I emailed them directly, crickets
