  Item was not labeled as broken or missing peice, when item arrived it had the adjuster knob broken off, that is an item that is not replaceable, I am having to send off to manufacturer to get opened up and replaced, contacted seller and was offered $30 in refund or to send item back, I was offered to send back so can't be to upset.
