    The Eero Pro router was as described. Though donated to the Salvation Army, the router was brand-new with intact packaging on the power cord indicating that the unit had never been used. I switched out the new Eero with my home Eero router in my mesh system and it worked flawlessly. Packaging was exceptional and the package arrived in the mail on the predicted day. Overall, I am delighted with this purchase and with my experience with the seller. A super value and a supeb seller.
