    USPS lost the shipment for four weeks; literally no movement of the shipment on USPS Tracking site for most of the four weeks. ShoeDawg was very responsive & helpful. Just as we were beginning a claim with USPS the package suddenly arrived. I'm giving 5 stars for everything, even the shipping, because he shipped immediately. The entire delay was USPS.
