I tried to stop the delivery, but was informed it would cost me £18 in admin fees to have it returned. Unfortunately, this is an error on your part. When purchasing on eBay, please avoid opening a return request while the item is still in transit. But obviously we are just terrible!

We originally intended to send your order via our regular courier, Evri. Unfortunately, they increased their pricing beyond the rates we’d agreed for these heavier items. As each ream weighs nearly 3kg, the shipping costs now exceed the selling price, making it unviable for us to continue offering these through eBay. The listing for these has now ended and we don't sell them any longer
