  Yeah this purchase was a complete waste of 2 thousand dollars. i specifically messages the seller the day the auction began asking if this pallet was mostly composed of the standard 3x3x1 sized bars, i was told yes the pallet was the normal sized bars. so far 11 of the opened boxes are 100% the non standard bars which do not fit my packaging. 95% of this pallet is completely unuseable in spite of being told otherwise. first purchase went well, this one was a disaster. buyer beware. NOT PLEASED

  just to be clear, while i am certainly annoyed about this i do understand it was a simple miscommunication, but still a costly one. to be clear the quality of the soap itself is still top notch, likewise the people and company seem to be good folks. just aggravated that i now have around 800 pounds of the wrong sized soap i need to source packaging for or otherwise figure out what to do with.
