  Seller sent wrong part then denied it . I ordered a 500 watt halogen security light bulb but received a 120 watt bulb instead which was 40mm shorter and did not fit the light unit. I sent them photos at their request and they replied that it was just different packaging!!! EBay gave me a refund after 2 weeks. Please be aware I will NEVER use this seller again.

  The item delivered was not the one shown in the photo. I particularly chose this model of drain cleaner rather than ones without the enlarged cleaning end because I thought it would be more effective. The vendor would not offer any form of recompense for the obvious inaccuracy of the listing. They did say that I could return the item but I did not have the time to wait for a replacement. Photo shows what was actually delivered.
