  While there was a lot of headaches on my end as I hadn’t used eBay in sometime and had no option to edit my new address. After several calls and messages I was able to get it rectified. If this happens to you, don’t bother trying to get a seller or eBay to fix it. eBay was the worst saying they would but ultimately did not. When it got to the local shipper that’s where I was able to get it fixed. Item was packed great, as described and great value. Thank you very much!

  The condition of item purchased was new in box. Careful consideration to packaging of item for shipment was present. After hours of searching for this particular product from nearby retailers, & was informed by the company who makes "Swiffers", that this model was discontinued in 2024 & to just buy their new designs. I did & was very disappointed in new products craftmanship. So very grateful to have found on Ebay, "TheSpeedyAvenger". My Swiffer works just great Thank you so much !

  Due to no fault of the seller, my item got sent to a totally different part of the country, and then got stuck being sent between 2 different USPS regional centers in Michigan over and over again, sometimes multiple times a day, and it's been going on for weeks. It may never end. Thankfully, the seller gave me a full refund without hesitation. Sorry it didn't work out this time, but thanks for doing the right thing by your customer!
