  Communication was delayed. Seller seemed somewhat annoyed by me asking if the item was actually shipped. Item was never delivered. Shipping tracking never went past “label created” although seller insisted the package was brought to the post office. Seller gave full refund but requested I pay for item if it ever shows up. Might be an issue with the carrier and not the seller. (?)
