As for shipping, there was a glitch, but the awesome Seller fixed it right away!!! It would have reached me on time, but I had to wait another week. It was worth it! My TriStar Canister vacuum cleaner works again! I am so happy!!! Excellent Seller! The Seller communicated really fast, I never had to wait very long! If I need anything for my TriStar again I will most likely use this Seller!

Messaged seller with no response. Thankfully the rest of the parts were useable but the Brushroll was also a key component that I needed.. now I have to shell out more $ and wait for another part to be shipped. A simple mistake or error on the sellers part could have easily been solved with an apology, partial refund.. or both. Too late now.
