    These cutoff valves and the splitter are exactly the items needed for future irrigation projects. The valves are just as shown and described. These are ready for use right out of the box. All the needed washers are in place to prevent leakages at the connection sites. I expect years of service from these new valves. I have received good service from exact valves of the same type in the past. Shipping was FAST - 3 days! Many thanks.

    Listing was labeled 'Open Box' but when the item arrived, it had been used. The feeder was dirty and extremely sticky from the sugar water. An 'Open Box' labeled item should never have been used! False advertising!! Be mindful of this sellers items...

It appears from your description the previous client tested the product before sending it back. We should have checked the inside, for that we apologize.
