    alas... the shipment must have experienced freezing temps. it arrived looking like cooked spinach! this is a problem shipping during winter months. seller was responsive. issued a quick and full refund showing their professionalism and responsible nature... kudos to the valley nursery. when the weather is warmer i will order from this seller again. thank you and sorry for the lost revenue.

    I ordered a variety pack and received all of the same succulent. I informed them of this, and they were not willing to fix the issue. They made it seem like I was the one in the wrong, even after I had sent them a picture. I was disappointed in their customer service and product. I was really looking forward to having a pretty little planter full of different succulents
