    They seem to have issues with shipping to the EU. It requires an IOSS number to prove, that taxes have already been paid. If this number is not attached to the parcel, it will be kept back in the mail until import taxes/customs and a fee have been paid - thus doubling the price of the item. When this happened, I wrote to them to get the IOSS number, so I could prove payment. After 1 week, no answer. So I had to pay the european customs.
