After contacting the Seller, he arranged to have a return label, postage paid, for me to return the Drawer Pulls. Great communication and a beautiful product. Shipping time was fast too.   Selected 16 inch from menu, but was swapped for 12 inch. Seller said paid for 12, and asked to cancel before shipped. Seller then shipped 12 inch even though notified I ordered 16 inch from their menu. Ended up keeping it and using the 12 inch even though ordered another 16 inch from different seller. Just not happy about purchase glitch and seller not willing to resolve order before shipping it. They did not care, and just wanted the sale. Difference between sizes was less than dollar.
