  The product is great, everything was as promised. Shipping was great. The product was both shipped and received in the stated window of time. The ONLY issue I have is that the product was shipped in it's "on the shelf" packaging. It was not shipped in an outer box with padding materials, and was in pretty rough shape. I was concerned about the state of the product as I opened. Alas, it was undamaged. I guess that's what really matters, right? Overall, I give the seller an A+ rating. Thanks!

  I asked "twice" specifically are "EACH" of these drapery panels (2) 50 X 84 as advertised and you answered: New message from: vef189 (1,913RED_STAR Star) Sorry for the delay, 2 50" x 84" panels That is not what I received! I received 2 29" X 84" panels! I told you I needed to know specifically what size each panel is and you sent me incorrect information! Now I am stuck with drapes I cannot use, because you have a no return on these. I am super angry and disappointed.
