    Quality was great as the arm is in new condition. The Replacement Arm has never been installed or operated, which is as described. Great value and I am fortunate to have found one as they are rare to find. The replacement arm housing looks like new. The seller was awesome to work with. Responses were timely. Great communication! Fedex was delayed in getting the package to me on the expected date, but it all work out. Great purchase and a great Ebay seller who deserves a favorite status.

    The seller was very quick to ship. Unfortunately the item was defective (seems like it may have gotten damaged in transit), but we kept open communication.
