    Buyer received this item PRIOR to the estimated shipping date provided. My shipping times are clearly listed on every auction. Why bid if you don't like the shipping terms that are clearly stated? This buyer bids on my auctions regularly and then complains about the shipping terms he agreed to when he bid. This buyer received the item on time and in the condition promised.

    I did not get it after 3 weeks. I asked for a refund. There are other diabetics where I live and I wanted a different diabetic kit bag to distinguish others frome me who have to test their blood sugars.

So no you didn't receive it, you cancelled your order withing 48 hours of ordering it. You ordered on Sept. 1st. You were refunded because you canceled your order.
