    The seller did an excellent job packaging and shipping the item quickly. It arrived in good condition. Seller also did a reasonable job explaining the shoes were not sized, and was attempting to estimate the size using a ruler and a manufacturing chart. The estimate was indeed off, and when I offered the boots to a friend with smaller feet, they still couldn’t fit into them. The seller did not fail to disclose that this was an estimate, and I believe the seller was trying to be honest.

    These boots were advertised as size 11. They were not. They were about 9.5. I have the exact same boots in 10.5 that I wear everyday. I couldn’t get my foot down shaft. Contacted seller took 4 days to get back to me. Then said they had a no return policy. Tried to talk through it more. No response. Terrible seller.

    I am sorry for your frustration, but these were listed and sold correctly according to sizing measurements from the brand themselves. I showed photos of the insole with the measurements from the brand website. Its best to measure your foot before purchasing in instances like this. I wasn't able to respond to you right away as my son was in and out of the hospital as well as it being Christmas that week. I advertise that I do not accept returns on my items before you purchase.
