    Received damaged. He packed COLLECTABLE painted state quarters loose in a ball of paper, in a this plastic mailer, not a bubble mailer. I told him some were scratched and damaged. I asked for a partial refund or return. His reply is qoted "They were loose coins sold as is I’m not gonna packing and wrap 17 quarts individually lol the package was fine sorry but won’t be refunding or partial returning have a good". So I had to go through eBay arbitration and eBay have me a FULL REFUND.
