    New ,unopened package .There was a dent in the tin box , but that is just cosmetic. The dent was seen in the item description, but it was not clearly shown. HE WAS NOT HIDING IT. It is a good value for this DVD . It was received fairly quick & undamaged in shipment. I would defiantly buy again from this seller
