I purchased a shirt from the seller for my husband. The color, brand and size matched the photo, however upon receiving the item there was a huge stain on the front of the shirt. There was no issues with the packaging that may have caused it. I messaged the seller and was told they sent the shirt and then they refused to respond further or correct the issue.

Leaving positive feedback only because I received a refund there where items listed wrong and I knew that but there was even more damage than can be repaired and it is in much more used condition than stated I offered to send it back she said give it to someone in need no apologies or anything I didn't want to hit the negative button but this was not a good experience I'm sympathetic to not push the negative button an apology would have been nice

I am sorry that you did not read the item description. As a seller I'd expect you'd know where to find it but in my quest to make even the most rude customers happy I refunded your money.
