  PRO's...exxxcellent communication...fasssst shipping-THANKS. CON's...verrrry disappointed to see top of interior packaging for one item ripped off (see photo) making it totally unusable as a gift, which is the reason for this purchase...this was cosmetic blemish was definitely not shown in the listing photo...Shipping packaging was basically a paper envelope with items rolled-up inside, then covered in packing tape (see photo), which caused item packaging to be distorted and tattered...

  The item was not affected by packing. I wrapped in bubble wrap put into sturdy paper envelope. The you cell phone packaging previously had a price the on it that I removed. The item itself was fine.
