  Although I did not receive the product I ordered, it was not timberfallproducts fault. We worked it out and I have accepted the results. Somehow, Ebay may have accidentally switched the order. Addressing the error, Ebay issued a refund as soon as was possible. The only cost ebay did not cover was the duty of $22.59 cad, to cover import duty to bring the product into Canada.
