  Terrible service, item not delivered on date stated by seller, they blamed the postal service I used in their listing. If they know there's going to be a delivery date problem... why state a date for delivery? They said it was my fault for not using a more expensive postal option! The item was no bigger than an envelope so I don't see how it could take so long for delivery. Definitely won't be using them again especially with the negative comment and carefree attitude.

  If the customer wanted quick delivery, should have paid for it. Ebay ESTIMATES the delivery date and does NOT guarantee it. Choosing FREE delivery which was Royal Mail 2nd class post, then complaining when it does not arrive quickly is not exactly the sellers fault! Poor ebayer for demanding 1st class service but only prepared to pay for 2nd class.. then complains..
