    I took a chance on what was obviously "old stock" image drums. Upon opening the packages, the image drums looked like the boxes had been kicked around a few times over the years. Tried them anyways and they left marks across the page at regular intervals. Contacted the seller and had a pending refund almost immediately. Bad items, AWESOME seller. Thanks!

    When I first received the printer, it did not work - DOA. It would not print. After talking to the HP chatbot, it suggested that I get new printer cartridges. Being kind of leery about investing money into a DOA printer, I contacted the seller. He went out of his way to send me two new cartridges. They worked. That is the kind of support I would expect from a seller! Thanks!
