I'm giving you/them 5 stars so as not to make trouble f but I was not entirely satsified with the communication, they were unclear and sluggish. I also asked about combined shipping (a box of 10 does not service cars without left overs and I am NOT servicing a 5cyl VW/Audi...)so I could get TWO boxes at a MORE fair price! They agreed and then said they only had one left, NO indication of future availability, THEN found them in 4 paks domesticallly at a better overall price per plug,

Seller's item did not correspond with the description; item received had double the dimensions stated in the listing. Seller acknowledged the error in the description and stated that they relied on their supplier to provide the description of items sold. They said they would report the error to their supplier. Seller refunded the item and said I did not need to return it. They didn't have stock of the item in their listing, so I bought one elsewhere. All ended well - just some wasted time.
