  I recently purchased 4 spools of fishing braid from this seller. The seller put 3 of the 4 rolls of braid in the package and shipped it without the 4 spool. Upon arrival I notified the seller of the situation and filed a claim. I sent the seller exactly what they asked for to prove my claim. The seller stalled on my claim until Ebay closed the claim due to inactivity. Now the seller says the package was delivered and did not send me my missing spool.
