  Seller just put a sticker on the retail box and put it in the mail. It arrived pretty banged up, and since it was supposed to be a gift, that was a big disappointment. It appears to have all the pieces, but it was poorly taped, so who knows. On the plus side, it did arrive within two days of purchase so good job there, seller, but please work on your packaging techniques. Despite my issues, I gave you a positive rating this time.   I was definitely nervous to buy this as my niece has wanted it for forever and it’s been sold out for months and the seller did not disappoint! It came in the jellycat sheer bag and the tag was still on. My niece was over the moon and it was in mint condition with no damages or wear as it said on the details. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a jellycat
