  Horrible seller! Item was lost in transit and rather than provide any support or feedback the seller simply provided the tracking number for USPS. I’m not sure if this is a language barrier or maybe just an entitlement barrier but this seller is horrible and I don’t recommend them.

  Sorry you feel that way sir, I reported the item missing with USPS and told you that I did so, I needed confirmation from them that the item was lost to either send a refund or replacement. There's probably still a good chance it will still show up.
