    I reached out more than once to enquire about the cost of shipping but did not receive any reply until after purchasing this bowl. I expressed my concern that $125 to ship a bowl within the US was too high based on my experience-recently had a mirror shipped from France for less than half that price. I did receive the bowl in good condition, very carefully wrapped and shipped promptly. However, I still believe I was vastly overcharged for shipping.

    Item had a crack that developed into a section coming away. Contacted Seller who offered a discount/refund or if I wanted to post back from Australia to the USA: a full refund. I chose the discount given the cost of postage, age and uniqueness of item. So we reached an amicably suitable agreement. Seller was communicative too. So I would definitely recommend this Seller and remember: it's better to contact a Seller, sort it out, come to an amicable agreement rather than leaving negative feedback
