Hello and good day to everyone out there! My Husband and I are still fairly new to the "resell world". Our store -Tonia & Charlie's Treasures- has only been open for a little over a year. We love the work and LOVE finding new treasures :) Our children who are 13 years old and 9 years old help us find treasures to sell. We work together as a family to build our small online business. We are always open to any advice and recommendations. One of our goals is to further our knowledge about the "resell world". Our main goal is to provide excellent customer service to our buyers. We welcome feedback to our services whether positive or negative. So far, according to eBay's standards, we are amongst the Top Rated Sellers!     I'm neutral because this was listed as "new" and that is not entirely accurate. A small amount of the hand soap had been used, so it was not actually new. A more honest description would have been "like new" or "nearly new" Other than this price was excellent and shipping cost reasonable. I am ok with want I received for the price.

    Excellent service. Accurate description of items. The seller sent me more parts then I expected. I got 5 car trains by Melissa and Doug plus 40 parts instead of 36 parts. The seller threw in extra beautiful collector items parts for free. The packing was neatly packed in plastics. However,I wish that the shipping costs would be less expensive. It was equal to the price of the item itself,making it expensive for me to purchase in the future. I would rather wait then pay for priority mail.
