  Ordered this part on Feb. 22, but it never arrived. I contacted the seller three times, but only heard back once. I've asked for a refund, but so far have not received it. Bad business practice.

  Im sorry you had a bad experience with us. Just to confirm you ordered the item Feb 22nd, was shipped out Feb 24th, Monday. Was held up within the post office and you received the item March 7th. Little confused when you asked for a refund March 2nd and it had updated tracking info that said it was on its way. I responded to your message and told you I would reach out to the post office which was done. It was then delivered 3 days later.
