The machine was first delivered by overnight freight, response times/comms in relation to a fault were all quick and helpful (including rapid re-collection at no cost to me), as was issue of requested refund. Machine description was detailed and accurate - unfortunately I just got a defective one.

Decent value for what it is only drawback was some deep gouges on the bucket likely to be from transport. The box was battered on delivery so either stored poorly or thrown about in the delivery van
