    Seller advertises Ryobi tools as "used", however many are literally brand new tools in just a damaged box. Absolutely awesome price on Ryobi. Best part is if something isn't right, they will pay the return shipping with zero hassle. The ONLY bad part is that they are unable to just exchange a tool. Of my many purchases, I bought an impact gun that they gave me a 30% off offer on and had an issue. I really just wanted to exchange but they can't. But they will refund the moment UPS receives it. A+
