The tool was defective and poor quality: rough, poorly machined, not like the ad photo. Seller agreed to refund both the tool price and the shipping cost back to England. He refunded the tool price but has not refunded the shipping cost of $31.95 nor replied despite two messages sent April 18 and May 11. I rather hate to give a bad review, but it seems my only option. Ebay is not helping me with this either. It may warn other buyers not to deal with this seller.
