They sent the saw I also purchased and pole in two separate boxes but due to the abysmal service provided by the Australian Post Office only one package was received. Feedback from the Team - it 'exploded on contact' with our weeds & was not a good substitute for what we normally use on weeds. Located in the Northern Territory, Australia. Our weeds are tough out here - not overgrown or 'thick' - just water-deprived and survivalist!
