  There was a problem with my order, it was taking longer to be delivered than promised. I received a call from the seller, very apologetic, explaining that there was a mixup with inventory. I was told that they ordered more, and would send it out the next day. I was thanked for my patience, and given another apology. I received my item a couple days later.
