    Seller never even shipped the product and never even bothered to reply to my messages, worst seller in my ebay era and ive been ordering here for over a decade

    This item was shipped and we have provided proof via a valid tracking number, along with a separate invoice from our supplier that matches the tracking details. We understand how frustrating this situation can be; however, once a package is in transit, delivery is unfortunately outside of our control. The tracking information remains active, which indicates that the item is still on its way. That said, we have already issued a full refund for your order as a courtesy.

Bought two boxes from this seller and the chocolate was good but order #3 was all rotten chocolate and seller ignores request for refund.     The item was ordered 2/24/25 a shipping label was created 2/27/25 and had an arrival date of 3/5/25. That date came and went so I contacted the seller and the seller finally sent the item 3/10/25. The item was received 3/17/25. It would have been nice to have received an acknowledgment of my inquiry from the seller, I only learned it had finally been shipped via the USPS tracking number.
