I don’t believe this to be anything the seller did wrong, and for him to send me a new one, no questions asked is beyond customer satisfaction. I can see why he has a 100% positive feedback rating.   USPS lost my package. I contacted the seller, and they were kind enough to send me a new item. It as not the sellers fault, yet they still helped me out. Massive respect for that!!
