I do NOT consider this to be an "open box" item, per eBay's description. I received item in good, working order, but there are NO instructions, foam sealing tape, and some installation screws are missing. It appears that this unit was installed, prior to my receiving it, AND there is minor damage. Hubby installed it, w/his stash of A/C bits.
