  The items actually not built to shabby, it's a good item for the cost. It came brand new never used and looks pretty good. I ordered 2 of these, and 1 came outta the box damaged the return tube inside was broken, I messaged the seller and told em I glued it cause I didn't wanna return the item but they insisted on sending me a replacement part...! These guys are good people and great sellers .

  All Positive ! Good Seller, Good Customer service ! Item arrived one day earlier than expected. Was packaged in bubble wrap, tape and double boxed. However, to no fault of the seller, one of the four bulbs had shaken out of the holder due to a hard hit to the box and was damaged. I contacted the seller and they immediately shipped me another bulb at no charge. I have already placed a second order with topdogsellers and have received 2 of the 3 items. Prices are great.
