I returned my old gearbox myself and the seller immediately issued a refund for the surcharge while I was there. The seller is really friendly. The plan was for a courier to pick up the old gearbox but it was still leaking some residual oil so the courier would not collect it so If you arrange collection for the old box make sure it is wrapped up well in bin bags or similar so there are no leaks.
