  Item was good, new, and as stated. Needed a total of 20 studs. 1 of 2 boxes was torn and only had 9 instead of 10. Purchased 20 studs and only received 19. Contacted seller and provided pictures. Seller will not respond.

  Thank you for your purchase. The torn box is shipped in a bigger box, and if anything is missing out of it, it would be in the bigger shipping box. Unfortunately, buyer contacted us after a month an a half of receiving the package which is out of our 30 days return window. Vendor would not entertain any issue with shipment past the 30 days.
