  Ordered 2 adjustable aquarium heaters, arrived sooner then expected. But one came broken because this seller Or whoever packs for them did not put any sticker or even writing on the outside saying.. Fragile! Glass! Handle with care! I let them know one came broke and sent picture. They replaced it with no problems and for free- so can not complain there! But third one also came with no warning to package handlers, delivery drivers- fragile glass! So you might get product ok or broken.

  Package got lost or never updated tracking waited 5 days to see if shipping update an still nothing but they we're really responsive on trying to work things out instead I just requested a refund an got it back the following day. Their costumer service is top tier!!
