  This seller shipped the item to me in a large box with just a paper grocery sack and the original box only had half the styrofoam with little protection, so the item came broken. When I contacted the seller I let him know that I would keep it because I could repair it and asked for a partial refund. They refused and demanded to have it sent back. Seller was not very trusting saying they would have to verify it before refunding like I would send something else back. Did refund me though.
