  The freight co dropped my package of 2 on a corner and shattered the glass of one panel. The corners of the packaging should be bettered shielded. The seller provided a replacement panel but asked that I pay the shipping. I did that, but you probably shouldn't.

  Item pictured as having 110w wall plug but it had a 220w plug so was unusable in my home. HOWEVER, their communication with me was prompt and they readily supplied a pre-paid return shipping label and full refund. Even though the description did not exactly match the item, I have to say that the customer service was excellent. Thanks!
