    After an initial issue of the item not being sent promptly as noted in the posting (2 Day FedEx) and my inquiry to the Seller as to the status and them figuring out it was not sent properly, but Seller took the initiative to provide a refund for the item, without requesting the item to be returned. This proactive step to correct their error was outstanding customer service. The item later arrived and was as expected.

    This seller doesn’t just have great products, they also have a hart, my order was canceled somehow, neither myself or seller canceled as far as either can tell, they sent the products anyway free of charge.     Everything about the order was expected, but the one thing I want to flag to other customers is that this seller is just buying items off Amazon and shipping them to customers. I am purposefully trying to buy less off Amazon, so I found this item on eBay decided to pay more money so that I wasn't supporting Amazon. So when an amazon box showed at my door I was understandably very upset. Not only did I pay more, but I supported Amazon! This is a dishonest way to conduct business.
