  The item arrived quickly. It was jammed into a a plastic eBay bag. The listing was shown as a new Michael kors medium backpack. When the backpack arrived it did have the original price tag included. It had been separated from the bag. The straps were made of a fabric like material. They were stained as if something spilled on it. The end of the strap had a leather strip which was faded at the bottom from use. The sender said send back but insisted it was new. I won’t buy from him again

  back was new. no need for negative feed back. just return item. very simple. i have 30 day return policy just for that. unfortunately some people just like to hurt others,
