The quality of the Brooks England Proofide 50ml Leather Bike Saddle / Seat Care Dressing 50g is high, as we have come to expect from Brooks (the manufacturer).     First, the item arrived in perfect condition. There was a problem with the shipping though. The package got to within 15 miles of being delivered and USPS lost it. No more tracking info - it was just gone. On Thursday I contacted ebay and immediately heard back from the seller. They contacted the post office and on Monday morning the lost pkg was delivered to me. That is excellent customer service and I look forward to doing business with them again.
